Silent Hill 4: The Room Walkthrough Part 5: Building World
Upon returning from the prison structure where he witnessed Andrew DeSalvo's death, Henry enters the ever-expanding hole in his bathroom once again, this time finding himself in nightmarish, monster-infested version of Downtown Ashfield where he encounters Richard Braintree, one of his neighbors who ended up dragged into similar predicament as Henry and is looking for a way out, having armed himself with his own revolver for protection with Henry warning Richard to look out for a boy named Walter Sullivan, having realized that he is somehow involved with the brutal murders he had witnessed in Wish House orphanage and water prison. As he navigates the maze of buildings and stairwells and fends off horrifying monsters and ghosts roaming the area, Henry eventually enters the elevator. As the elevator descends, Henry sees Richard confronting young Walter, demanding to know why is he stuck in the nightmarish realm. As Walter tries to run for it, Richard chases after him. Eventually, Henry enters the building with a large stairwell, hearing a male scream coming from the upper floors. Upon reaching the room on the building's top floor, a reconstruction of Richard's own apartment, Henry is faced with another grim scene, seeing Richard screaming in agony as he is strapped into an improvised electric chair, also having numbers 19/20 carved into his forehead with young Walter Sullivan standing near the window of the room and pointing out of it briefly before fading away. Using the last of his strength as he still endures fatal electrocution, Richard shakily states that Walter is not a child but rather a serial killer who has been carving mysterious numbers into his victims' corpses. As Richard dies, Henry wakes up back in room 302 and upon looking out of his bedroom window, sees a mysterious man standing in room 207, Richard Braintree's apartment, and cryptically pointing towards room 303, an apartment belonging to Henry's next-door neighbor Eileen Galvin...
