Thanks to #PCBWAY for helping with this project!

Made a little more progress - obtained the obsolete ICs but still need to obtain the Tesla connectors, specifically:

Tesla TX5164812 (2x24 pin) for the EPROM module
Tesla TY5273011 (2x15 pin) for the keyboard

I ended up getting mostly Western-equivalent parts for the ICs from Unicorn Electronics in the US:

Tesla MH7400S = 74S00 quad NAND
Tesla MH7403S = 74S03 quad NAND (open collector)
Tesla MH7404S = 74S04 hex inverter
Tesla MH74154 = 74154 4-to-16 decoder
Tesla MH3205 = Intel 8205 high speed 1-of-8 decoder
Tesla MH3212 = Intel 8212 or 74S412 8-bit input/output port

From Part 7:
Thanks to Peter, Jeramy & #PCBWAY for all their help ...

[1] Peter at www.sapi.cz for providing his original keyboard schematic;
[2] Jeramy ‪@JVHShack‬ for patiently re-designing to accept Cherry MX key switches; and
[3] PCBWAY for fabbing and shipping the boards to me for free!

Obviously my PP01 still needs a lot of work to get up and running (hopefully!) again.

But it'll be interesting to see it working with a modern keyboard.

From Part 1:
SMEP = Systém Malých Elektronických Počítačov (Small Electronic Computer System), and
PP 01 = Personálny Počítač (Personal Computer).

It was developed at the Computing Technology Research Institute (Výskumnom Ústave Výpočtovej Techniky = VÚVT) in Žilina and manufactured at the Computing Technology Plant (Závodoch Výpočtovej Techniky = ZVT) in Banská Bystrica (now in independent Slovakia).
