Sneak preview from my new album
As you may recall, last December I took a month or so break from glitching. During that time I was writing a new solo album, and it's now nearing its completion. The album name is Kauhulinna, which roughly translated means "a spooky castle".
Usually my solo work under the name Ristikiehtova is some sort of weird symphonic avant-garde music. However, this time around I set out to do simpler, more singable songs, and it seems the end results can even be appreciated by human ears. Hence a small promotion like this (complete with the world's cheapest 3d-promo video).
The song in this video is "Kellojen Sali", fourth song off the album. It's a well-rounded mid-tempo piece with some influences from gothic rock and disco (?). Or maybe not.
In case you're curious about the cover - I asked my sister's kids to draw a picture of a spooky castle to use as an album cover.
I don't have very big plans for the publication of the album. It will be completely free to download. I'll likely upload it to my music YT channel in a few weeks time, also with some external link where to download it from.

That's it, thanks for paying attention.
