Description:

2:16 You're Hired!
Lucy tells us that after her friends, Blaze, Moss, and Sapphire, went up on the school roof where a student committed suicide, Moss died in a car accident and Blaze jumped off the roof. She hires the exorcists to solve this case, though Brucie insists she's not allowed to haggle the price down.
5:07 Hospital Investigation
Note that investigating will get you EXP, which is affected by your difficulty setting. If you want to get the final boss's hard mode achievement easily, you should play all of the game on easy mode until it's time to drive the car, at which point you should switch to hard.
We can see the protagonist of Loser Reborn in one of the nearby rooms. I wonder if that's related to Moss's accident?
Using Jade's mind-reading, we learn that Blaze met the evil spirit on the roof and that the spirit has a grudge against him, leading to Blaze falling off the roof.
Before leaving the hospital, save and maybe try to upgrade to Fair-tier equipment. Unlike Loser Reborn, Fair is the only upgrade you need to worry about.
14:27 Old Man Tutorial
And old man outside threatens to sue the hospital if they don't treat him before the other patients. Lucy seems eager to beat him up, which is a hint to her true nature.
For this battle, you can't use skills until you get through the first phase. On hard mode, this old man can wallop Brucie and Lucy in only a few hits, though your characters will be automatically revived if they get KOed. Once the old man is defeated, he turns out to be possessed by an evil spirit. You have to use Brucie to materialize the evil spirit before you can deal physical damage.
Afterwards, Jade reads the old man's mind and threatens to kill his grandson if he doesn't comply.
19:44 Turning a Blind Eye
Next, we run into Mr. Lee, a teacher from the school. When reading his mind, we learn that Blaze and Moss bullied Black, but Lee did nothing to stop them.
Through some dialogue with Lucy, we learn Brucie became an exorcist because evil spirits have no rights, which means he can do whatever he wants to them with no consequences.
27:14 Sapphire's House
The duo make their way to Sapphire's house, but the door is locked, though Brucie busts in with his astral powers. We find that Sapphire's parents are dead and Sapphire lost her mind. Her diary and mind-reading session shows that she and Lucy were also bullying Black. We also learn Lucy turned out this way because her father raped her. Brucie calls Lucy, who is under attack by the spirit.
Grinding isn't really worth it, since the item, money, and EXP drops aren't that great. Just try to upgrade to Fair tier gear and buy some healing items with the rest.
43:55 School Guards
After beating the group of guards, you'll find Lucy has been possessed by Black. Jade uses her sense sharing ability to prevent Lucy from jumping off the roof, but the possession isn't broken.
47:26 Boss: Black and Lucy (Hard)
Kill Lucy first, since she has AOE damage. Black can do SAN damage and some minor spirit damage.
49:30 Justice or Contract?
If you walk off the opening on the railing, you instantly get a game over!
Read the diary entry to confirm that Lucy is a POS who wanted Black to commit suicide.
For the true ending, talk to Lucy, who claims that her actions are justified because all of society practices social darwinism to crush the weak. Brucie spares her because he doesn't want to validate her dog-eat-dog ideology and he wants to get paid, though he gives her a discount because he failed to protect Sapphire's sanity. Personally, I think they should have charged her full price for causing this incident in the first place. Also, I wonder if they'll use the journal to blackmail her in future installments.
For the bad ending where you kill Lucy, the duo's only concern is that they can't get paid. Spoken like true mercenaries.
