Cookpad-tan is a virtual mascot for cookpad.com, a recipe sharing website. (This is why Soya laughs at herself for asking Cookpad-tan to make her a meal instead of teaching her how to make one.)
The venerable members of Honeystrap (can confirm, they are very lovely and do feel like family):

General information and discussion:
I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again, there’s nothing like listening to a vtuber gush about how much they love their audience. I want to point out that she addresses a specific message in chat 6 times in this 3-minute clip. My favorite part about this clip is that when she says "I don't want to stop streaming, I love my listeners," you can really tell just by how she acts in the rest of the 3 minutes that she really means it. If you've ever watched her before, too, you of course know her habit of, in what seems like almost all her streams, going "okay, I should end the stream soon..." and then continuing for sometimes hours after that because she just loves chatting with us too much.
Like the last one, translation-wise this was mostly a lot of trying to find the right phrasing for everything. I love how she talks, the constant laughter and frequent self-parody (reminds me of the Kazaki clip I did, honestly), and I want to convey that as faithfully and accurately as possible. All the usual disclaimers apply: I make these translations in large part to practice my Japanese, which is not very good. I have my work proofread by my friend Cherem, whose Japanese is much better than mine. Big thanks to him for doing so. I like to leave detailed translator’s notes to help people understand why I chose to translate certain things in certain ways.

Translator’s notes:
2:10 Here’s basically the same TN from last time on Soya’s name/nickname/first person pronoun use: As usual, I’m not gonna try to replicate people using their names as their first person pronouns by having them refer to themselves in the third person in English since that would just sound way worse. It’s especially important to note in this case exactly what she’s using to refer to herself because, although she actually uses “watashi” more in this clip, (one of) her normal first person pronoun(s) and nickname is “Soya.” This is different from her family name’s normal pronunciation of “Souya,” although she’ll often just pronounce that as “Soya” anyway. She changed her first person pronoun from “Ichika” to “Soya” so that people would call her Soya because it’s easier to egosearch.
