Precious, adorable, protect at all costs. Honestly, the stomach noises are perfect, but my favorite part of this clip is the part where she talks about wanting to make us go kyun. Like, she's embarrassed, and she's not afraid to say so, but she also doesn't want to let that get in the way of her making us feel things. I find that really touching.
The translation here was not too crazy but I experimented a little with the subs themselves, the borders on the left and right are smaller so the subs are wider but that means I don't have to split up as many lines in order to fit everything into a max of 2 lines high. I think it's better this way but let me know if you have a preference one way or the other. All the usual disclaimers apply: I make these translations in large part to practice my Japanese, which is not very good. I have my work proofread by my friend Cherem, whose Japanese is much better than mine. Big thanks to him for doing so. I like to leave detailed translator’s notes to help people understand why I chose to translate certain things in certain ways.

0:02 I wouldn’t normally sub noises like this, but in this case I find it necessary because they’re quiet so otherwise people might not notice them.

2:11 Here’s the usual TN on Soya’s name/nickname/first person pronoun use: As usual, I’m not gonna try to replicate people using their names as their first person pronouns by having them refer to themselves in the third person in English since that would just sound way worse. It’s especially important to note in this case exactly what she’s using to refer to herself because her normal first person pronoun and nickname is “Soya.” This is different from her family name’s normal pronunciation of “Souya,” although she’ll often just pronounce that as “Soya” anyway. She changed her first person pronoun from “Ichika” to “Soya” so that people would call her Soya because it’s easier to egosearch.
2:23 I went with a bit of a compromise translation here: She doesn’t actually say “hearts,” but I wanted to both preserve the “kyun” sound effect because it’s very common and deliciously vivid, and also offer a little more context in the actual subs for people that haven’t heard it before. It’s supposed to represent the feeling in your heart/chest of emotional excitement.
5:06 “Re:SEE YOU” (りしーゆー) is Soya’s outro catchphrase. In addition to being a Re:ZERO joke because Soya is a massive dork, it also is meant to abbreviate the sentence:

(“Risunaa-san ga shise ni naru yuuchuubu,” meaning “Youtube (channel) where the listeners become happy.”)
“Re” stands for “listeners,” “see” stands for “shise,” and “you” stands for “youtube.” That middle line is of course her catchphrase “shise ni naru” (“become happy”) that contains her wonderful meme misspelling of “shiawase” (“happiness”) as “shise.” It was originally just an accidental typo in the graphic she used to explain all this in her debut stream, but everyone loved it so much it stuck.
