This is a demonstration of Cammy. She is a special hidden character in this game, and can be unlocked and selected. Unfortunately, she cannot be selected in Arcade Mode.
I have shown a number of events after the demonstration to let you see what happens. This video is structured in the following order:
1) Demonstration of her moves
2) Selecting her in Akuma Mode (requires alternate methods)
3) Selecting her in Arcade Mode (requires alternate methods)
4) Get CPU to control Cammy (requires alternate methods)

---- Whenever Cammy is in a match, it'll always play her BGM theme, regardless of what background the fight is at and regardless of who her opponent is.
---- She cannot be fought against/controlled by the CPU.
---- She can only be selected in Versus Mode.
---- She has no portrait or sprites programmed in for the Arcade character select screen. Getting her onto this screen will produce a messed up Ryu sprite on the screen with the portrait area blank.
---- If you use alternate methods to select her in Arcade Mode, you can only win one match with her because the game freezes when it tries to load up her winning screen.
---- If you use alternate methods to select her in Arcade Mode and you lose the match, the game freezes when it tries to load up her Continue screen.
---- Using the Shortcut screen option for Arcade Mode is even worse, as the game will lock up after you select her. Also, it's odd that Cammy's icon appears flawed on this screen, considering that she appears perfectly in the Versus Mode shortcut character select screen.
---- If you use alternate methods to get the CPU to control her, it'll mostly freeze the game when the round starts. Despite what the video shows, this doesn't always happen... instead sometimes she does some odd motions when the CPU is in control.
---- Unlike the other regular characters, she actually has some dedicated close-up basic moves.
---- When you confirm her in Versus Mode, there isn't a voice that says her name. Instead, it's just the 'options selected sound'.
---- Her BGM theme is a remix of her XMENvSF BGM theme.
---- As mentioned below, her sprites and voices are taken directly from X-Men vs. Street Fighter. Capcom would never produce entirely new sprites/artwork from scratch just for an update of SFA2.
---- Street Fighter Alpha 2 Gold is one of two games from the Street Fighter Collection pack, it is disc 2.
===== About SFA2G =====
The game has more features and balance tweaks here and there over the original SFA2, but the main base roster - besides Cammy -is exactly the same. All the other alternative/hidden characters are just palette swaps.
The addition of Cammy in the Alpha 2 Gold roster was to make it so that there is something "interesting" to justify owning an alternative version of SFA2. It was "easy" to do because they already had the Cammy sprites and voices from X-Men vs. Street Fighter.
SFA2G is part of a 2-disc game collection called Street Fighter Collection, with the other games in the collection being SSF2 & SSF2T. Back then, I would imagine most people bought the collection for SSF2/SSF2T rather than SFA2G if they already had the original SFA2.
Additionally, the proper Arcade intro is in this game. The intro is not arcade perfect, but it's still a different world to the FMV disgrace found in the original PS1 SFA2. The Training Mode is removed for this version of the game, and instead replaced with Akuma Mode.
