Street Fighter's Guile Is A Jojo Reference
We’re Street Fighter fans here at FrameWork. There are too many classic characters to choose from, but now that Guile has been confirmed for Street Fighter 6, we figured we should take a closer look at the American contender. Specifically, what’s up with that hairdo?
Flat tops are very real, but Guile’s hair is gelled out to ridiculous proportions sometimes. It turns out the inspiration came from the world of manga and anime. Watch the video to find out exactly which series inspired Capcom when it was designed Guile’s luscious locks.
Street Fighter 6 will be out sometime next year. For now, you can grab Street Fighter V on PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, and PC.
