A state of the art NATO Submarine Rescue system has tested out in Norway after the main parts of it were transported from Scotland.

Exercise Golden Arrow involved a mini submarine called 'Nemo' which can rescue trapped submariners hundreds of metres below the sea.

In the second of our exclusive reports on The Nato Submarine Rescue System, British Forces News reporter Tim Cooper follows the submarine as it dives deep into a Norweigan Fjord.
