0A little refactoring later and I now have enemies. They work in kind of a hybrid Mario/Sonic style. When you hit a small enemy, you'll go straight in the air as you would in Mario. If you hit a big or armored enemy, however, you'll bounce off of them. I wanted to have more interesting enemies/bosses, and this was the best way to do it without adding any extra buttons for combat, nice and streamlined!
