Here's a walkthrough of me going through Super Metroid for the Super Nintendo Entertainment System. I am getting a 100% completion in pickups, but no speed running. Also, I sequence break a few times, seeing as it's very easy to do so in this game.

I go onward in this new area of Maridia. I find a couple expansions, then find some Mochtroids, cheap knockoff clones of Metroids. After that, I fight and defeat the mini boss, Botwoon, which helps me get to a Grapple Beam area which takes a while to navigate. Then I find the Save Station.
