Here's a walkthrough of me going through Super Metroid for the Super Nintendo Entertainment System. I am getting a 100% completion in pickups, but no speed running. Also, I sequence break a few times, seeing as it's very easy to do so in this game.

I find a Missile expansion before fighting the boss of Maridia, Draygon. Not that hard to beat, as long as you don't get caught and have enough Super Missiles. After defeating it, I get the Space Jump, and then go on another expansion hunt in Maridia. In the end of this video, I show (done before I recorded the main part) how to defeat Draygon the cheap and easy way by using the Grappling Beam.
