Well, that escalated quickly. With how easy the first couple stages were during the "preview" last time, I never would've guessed that I'd have to go into overtime for this one - especially, since of the three games built in the Galaxy engine, Aliens Ate My Babysitter! has the -least amount of mandatory stages. But at least it's finally over. Hell, the whole set's over.

Honestly, it makes me wonder. If I had just decided to go ahead and only do Episode 6, like I was originally requested to, would this have been a one-stream wonder? Or would I have been less willing to push through, considering it would've only have been two streams instead of six? Oh well, no use discussing what might have been.

I think the issue I had with the more difficult stages was their length. Or rather, how much time it seemed to take me to get back to where I died. While they weren't nearly as much of a timesink as the stages in Episode 3 were -- though, honestly, they were more like a "time-brick wall" -- I seriously wanted to strangle whoever came up with the elevators in that one level. Though, I guess I'm just glad I didn't need to get through that laser turret maze to reach the final stage. The hell am I supposed to beat that?

I'd probably give this one an 8/10, just like Goodbye, Galaxy. Still wish I could look ahead, but most of the cheap deaths this time were my own fault. In some ways, this game felt easier at times... but that just made the difficulty spike at the end way more conspicuous. One thing's for sure: this conclusion certainly wasn't disappointing. Not by a long shot.
