The Elder Scrolls 3 Morrowind | Boots of the Apostle and Ice Blade of the Monarch

I am amazed that Lalatia is allowing me to hold on to the ring! Before I could even express my gratitude she tells me of another vision: The Boots of Apostle. Worn by Tiber Septim himself when he trained with the Greybeards and came down on a cloud. Well, it seems these boots made that possible! I'm rather shocked that the Imperial Army doesn't have these boots nor making much of an effort to reclaim them! However, the Imperial Cult is willing to grab so I will assist as best I can.
The boots can be found within a stronghold south of Gnsis. I made my way there and explored as much as I could until I made it underground. I fought two Winged Twilights and reclaimed my prize, the boots! I heard a voice coming from above and so I made quick use of the boots to find a woman named Ama Nin. She tells me the winged beasts took her up here and she had prayed to Mara for help. Seemingly I answered her call and I gave her my scroll of Divine Intervention.
"Am I being guided by the hand of the Nine?" I ponder to myself. First Zenithar and now Mara... I paid it no mind and hurried back to Lalatia. To my amusement, I was allowed to keep the boots as well! For the next task, I am to see what has become of Adusamsi. She was sent to recover the Ice Blade of the Monarch and she has yet to return. Lalatia is worried and so I am to find what's become of her and if I can, recover the blade.
Finding the stronghold was a simple task, fighting my way through the inhabitants was a separate issue. I nearly died fighting Llaren who was holding the Ice Blade. Another issue came up and I felt regretful about it... while I was able to recover the blade and find Asudamsi, there were many enslaved Argonians. I took the key that was carried by the lackeys and I freed all of them except for one. In a desperate need to combat these creatures, I used a scroll that had a radius built into its projectile. I fear that one of the Argonians was killed by my hand.
"I am a fool" I blamed myself. Rather than play it safer by ensuring my surroundings I had freed an Argonian of this mortal coil. No amount of justification could ever make me feel better for my reckless actions. I left the stronghold with a heavy heart. While returning to Ebonhart I saw an Argonian. he had run away from his enslavers and was escaping to Ebonhart. I told him I knew the way and would escort him safely. Perhaps this is redemption? I will never know...
