I had made my way to the ruins where the Berne clan were. Upon fighting just a few of them I felt sleepy. I could not justify fighting these vampires that could drain my life away and move at incredible speeds while fatigued. I warped to the Mages Guild and took a rest. I felt much stronger upon waking up so I went back to the ruins to finish off the rest of the vampires. It astounds me that there are people willing to give up their mortal life in favor of an immortal life.

Upon returning Tharer had told me that there was nothing more for me to do and that I should seek out the temple at the Ghostgate. I made my way there to find Uvoo who immediately put me to work on curing an ashlander. I was slightly worried that I may have killed them due to their intense hostility but this one was too ill to even fight. I cured him of his disease and made my way back. I am next to deliver food and drink to a hermit in Shuran Island.

It must be nice to live alone in a land where people seemingly pick fights with you merely because you look different. Then again, its always been like that for every province. I gave the hermit his food and drink and I figured I could make it back faster by attempting to climb the hills in the ashlands. I was wrong. without the help of leviation I have no hope of getting over these steep hills and must make my way around to the grazelands again.
