Transport Tycoon Mobile Lite Playthrough
The title of this video is somewhat improvised from what gamers and railfans call this version of Transport Tycoon, as officially it's just called "Transport Tycoon." This version was introduced in 2013 for Android, Apple iOS, and less famously Kindle Fire, but not Windows or Mac OS. It could be argued that the definitive, latest version of Transport Tycoon for those platforms is still Locomotion from 2004, and this version still strongly resembles Locomotion. The interface has been altered significantly to accommodate touchscreens, and my sense is that some other bugs have been worked out, but mainly it's a port of Locomotion, and has more in common with that game than with the original Transport Tycoon from 1994. It has been said by some critics that they prefer Open Transport Tycoon Deluxe for Android, but I'm not looking at that here. My opinion on this version of the Transport Tycoon series is, again, similar to my view of Locomotion. I like it, but the learning curve is steeper than I would like, and the original Transport Tycoon is generally easier to play and more approachable in general, although it could be said that this version is more authentic than Transport Tycoon Deluxe, which had real-world trains, buses, planes, and so on partially censored from it. Locomotion, and this newest version of Transport Tycoon, have real Baldwin Consolidations, Boeing 707's, and so on, which I prefer. In any case, I'll leave you to watching this latest playthrough I've made of the Transport Tycoon series. I hope you enjoy it, and I intend to follow it up, as I've said previously, even if it takes me awhile.
