[TRIP REPORT] Batik Air Boeing 737-800 From Bangkok DMK To Denpasar Bali DPS In Economy
14Batik Air is part of the Lion Air Group with Lion Air being well known as a Low Cost Carrier from Indonesia. Batik Air presents itself as an airline with better comfort and service, but they won't call themselves fullservice. They do offer a lot of freebies though, for example a complimentary snack service, personal inflight entertainment screen and checked luggage.
This sounds very good and that for prices just slightly more expensive than Air Asia or Lion Air, but way below what Garuda Indosia is asking for the same route. So there must be a catch to it right? Yes indeed and I'll try to cover it all in this trip report with them on a flight from Bangkok in Thailand to the Indonesian island of Bali.
