Why is Shy Guy BAD for SL?
33SCP 096, also known as the Shy Guy is one of the most popular and memorable SCPs on the entire wiki. A large amount of its fans came from its inclusion in the horror game SCP Containment Breach. He was such a good addition for that game that Northwood Studios decided to also include it for their game SCP Secret Laboratory.
However, 096 functions very differently in SL than it does in CB; I've observed that this SCP is one of the most controversial in entire game. In this video, I talk about the many differences in the ways Containment Breach and Secret Lab have designed The Shy Guy and the different consequences Northwood's approach has on the entity.
I also talk about the SCP Game that I am currently developing in the Godot Engine and how I would like to go about adding SCP 096 to it. My approach is very similar to an idea that Hubert Moszka himself proposed in a QnA!
