Just glad I could get this Touchdown here though I lost in the 2nd half. I'd recommend buying the base game ($20 sale compared to $33 deluxe and $35 ultimate) if you don't do PVP as the cards and player/team pack customization is gained there. I did learn exhibition mode lets you use your team all the way at the end.
This is a fun game (I like the gang tackles), and offline season mode can let you turn off wild cards, which aren't as gamebreaking as I feared (you have to go to the modes first and then options, which is weird). Half the time my card cancels out the opponent's, like turtle speed vs super speed. It is creative to start runs and pass rushes with button presses, but it's not a toggle.
It is a bit crazy how some are so anti-Kaepernick that they don't simply play as other teams (I use Jalen Hurts, though I only had the Tua Tagovailoa card for my online team). No idea where he is on the exhibition screen.
