Yoga for Gamers - Quick Balance and Stability Challenge
Challenge yourself to a short yoga flow that tests your standing balance and stability - no hands or arms involved, so it'll all be your legs, core, and mental focus keeping you steady.
Round 1, we go breath synched with movement. In the faster rounds, you'll go twice through each side, and you can just use a natural breath that makes sense to you.
My vision is that you'll memorize the sequence and give it a try on your own, without my direction. That way you can get into your own rhythm and speed. Pick an energizing 5-minute song and move through it again, fast or slow, improving as you go.
Use this challenge as a quick break from Netflix-binges, gaming, desk-jockeying, or bust it out at a (socially-distanced) party and become the most popular person there in an instant.
