Hey Friends, I'm trying out a new concept I'm calling Y4G "Microflows". These are short videos (less than 6 minutes) meant to serve as "pixels of learning" so you can do longer yoga videos with less confusion if you're new. This video here is focused on simply being present and learning some basic spinal health postures: Child's Pose, Breathing, Cat/Cow, Downward Facing Dog, Modified Camel Pose. Move slowly, savor, be kind, pay attention. Movement is made sweeter by the accompaniment of an ever-so-lovely song, "Sight of Spira", by Nobuo Uematsu, from Final Fantasy X.

More on Microflows: They will each focus on something simple, like basic posture alignment, a manageable beginner's breath practice, or a short meditation/ relaxation technique. They should be something you can stock away in your inventory and pull out in life as needed. Not too much, just a little boost for the moment, and at the same time, I hope they'll make digesting this stuff easier so you can apply to longer practice.
I may also include BYTE-SIZED (ugh, God, sorry) lessons of Yoga Therapy, philosophy, and/or insights to help you shift perspective to live a more aware life (and therefore hopefully a happier one).
You can just watch the tiny vids, or you can actually try them out as short breaks between gaming or work sessions.
APPEAL TO THE PUBLIC: someone teach me how to make a good thumnail STAT!
