Yoga for Gamers - Short Flow for Balance & Hip Flexors - with SCNTFC
This 13-minute flow warms you up with half sun salutations to get you used to synching breath, mind, and movement. Then, you'll explore hip flexor stretching, standing balance through high crescent warrior and twists, culminating in single-leg balance via airplane pose. All of this will help you study and improve your quality of movement, reconnect with the body after sitting or staring into screens for long periods of time, strengthen your legs and back, improve your balance, and give your hip flexors a much-needed stretch.
Music: Not necessarily video game music in this case, but he's done VGM (Old Man's Journey, for example). He's an indie electronic artist I really enjoy to use in yoga, for the ambient, interesting soundscapes he sets.
In this video, you'll hear:
1. "Dreamscape - Remix" by SCNTFC, from Wandersong & Friends (Remixes)
2. "Fugl, Part One" by SCNTFC, from the companion soundtrack to a trilogy of Norwegian children's books by Lisa Aisato
3. "Luna, Part One" by SCNTFC, ditto to #2.
