The 3DO used a 12.5MHz ARM CPU as its central processor. We have implemented a CPU overclocking feature in the 4DO core so that you can increase this by 2 (25MHz) or 4x (50MHz).

Shown in this video are two games, Wolfenstein 3D and The Need For Speed. It appears both games run at an unlocked framerate, since you can get these games to run at a much better framerate without affecting the game's internal speed.

Some games can't be made to run properly with this method, though, such as Doom.
