Today, we have an AMD focused video as we have an official launch of the Ryzen 5 2400GE and the Ryzen 3 2200GE. These are Ryzen 2000 (AKA Zen+, AKA Pinnacle Ridge) APUs, which have some nice improvements over their predecessors in terms of hardware specifications.

Speaking of Zen, AMD has marked the first generation Ryzen CPUs (so think the Ryzen 7 1700X, 1800X and Ryzen 5 1600X) for end of life. This means that Zen+ is officially taking over and the first Ryzen processors will become less available for consumers.

We also have a rumor regarding Samsung, who allegedly are going to be giving us another variant of the Samsung Galaxy S9 and S9 Plus with more storage.

Finally, we also have a report stating that AMD and MSI are working together to give us Combat Crates, which are essentially a PC Gaming hardware bundle which provide the GPU, CPU and motherboard needed for a not too shabby starter rig for gaming. The real question of course, is the price tag for this...
