Settings used to achieve locked 60fps -

CPU Overclocking - 350%
GTE Overclocking - OFF
GPU overclocking - 1x (native)

NOTE: Sniper rifle sections are still sub-60fps, that cannot be helped it seems.

Titan XP
OS: Windows 10

NOTE: It might be possible to erase some of the framerate dips in the non-sniper rifle sections by pushing further than 350%, however, for the purpose of a smooth video, I kept it at this.
