In this video, Robin from rbn hardware benchmark four graphics cards or GPUs on apex legends in three different graphics settings: low, medium and high. Graphics cards such as gtx 1060 6gb, gtx 970, gtx 570 and AMD Radeon vega 11 were used in this benchmark test to answer the question what could be the best graphics card that offers great gaming performance for the best possible price – best value basically.
It turns out that both the gtx 970 and the gtx 1060 handles the game very well, and often score above 60fps in many scenarios, it is, however, worth mentioning that it much depends on the current environment, scenario and in what direction you're looking, as the framerate constantly moves up and down depending on how demanding the current surrounding is to render.
We also tested to run the game on the built in graphics, so technically, this test could be called “without graphics card, as the ryzen 2400g has, in fact, got a GPU called Vega 11 with 11 compute units, capable of running the game with an average near 40 fps at low settings. So even a low-end gaming pc should be able to run apex legends with pretty good results.
This GPU benchmark only tests four graphics cards and does, therefore, leave a lot to ask for. What's important to understand, however, that this benchmark test still can give you a rough idea what similar cards will perform like. Great budget graphics card for apex legends includes gtx 1060, gtx 1050 ti, rx 570, rx 580 and rx 590 from AMD Radeon.
