BlazBlue : Centralfiction Remix - Relius Preview
15Yes. It was about time I joined in on the bandwagon of the greatest sensation to grace Centralfiction so far, the blessing of DLZ (DragonLordZ) : Centralfiction Remix.
Just in case for when, for whatever ungodly reason, you haven't heard of Remix yet, it's essentially Centralfiction's version of the SFII Rainbow Edition modification/hack, turning all characters into something apeshit crazy. You'd really need to give it a try yourself to truly feel what it is exactly like.
For now, here's a short preview on Reli... oh, I'm sorry, DIO on crack, and a few interesting... things... that haven't been showcased anywhere so far :
-The ability to cancel into his Heritage to the Future-style command roll (ABC) by jump cancelling a normal, then cancelling the jump startup into the roll. Normally, this is not possible, since the Rapid Cancel takes priority (it shares the input), but with this trick, it becomes a doable reality! Of course, it's not simple, but it allows really stylish combo paths when combined with the wallbouncing 6C, and the extremely jank, untechable-for-a-Saturday 2C!
-If the new air MUDAMUDAMUDA is performed close enough to the ground, and you have Relius land during it while mashing B all the way, Ignis will continue to MUDAMUDAMUDA for an eternity (or until Relius gets hit, maybe). Nothing, not even D inputs, or another MUDAMUDAMUDA input will stop this! On a better note, this allows Relius to combo into ROOOOOAADDDOOO CCHHHAAAIIIRRR DA! (Road Roller, obviously) for only 50 meter (outside of 2C, which seems to be made so untechable specifically for comboing into this, really, and a few tight paths). And speaking of that...
-RC'ing said "Road Roller" super will leave the opponent on the ground in hitstun for a REALLY LONG time (enough to dash with them across the stage and back a few times). While this is a far shorter duration than I expected, it is nevertheless a fascinating find, and allows all kinds of silly finishers (such as a long-range 214D!).
-Lastly, while not shown in the video, again regarding said super, it can be combo'd twice in the same combo for some... interesting results, in the corner. I'll let you figure out this one :)
Due to a busy RL period, I'm not sure when exactly will a full-fledged Remix CMV be released, but one at least will surely be on the way! Thank you so much DLZ for the hard work on Remix!
