This is Bright Memory Episode 1 with X3DAudio HRTF [IRC_1037 tables]. It's an early access FPS/asset flip by Chinese developer FYQD, which I assume is short for "Fuck You, Quake Devs" after what they did to Champions. A lot of people seem to praise this game, but I don't really know why. It's pretty janky and the ideas don't flow together that well. They must be simps for the main character, who has all these perverted schoolgirl outfits and when you change her outfit, it makes her skirt fly up to reveal her panties for no reason. More like Bright Mammary, am I right?
The spatial audio in this game is pretty bad with X3DAudio HRTF, although I'm just surprised it worked at all given how Trepang2's 2019 demo and System Shock UE4 turned out.
