This is Prey with OpenAL Soft's HRTF [IRC_1037 tables] through DSOAL. Prey has been quite a troublesome game to get working with 3D audio, but I was able to get it working with the settings listed below. Like Quake 4, the Creative OpenAL .dll must be used in order for the game to detect DSOAL or else the game will use plain DirectSound. EAX must also be disabled to prevent the broken reverb from destroying your eardrums.

The audio in Prey is rather quite nice. It's not as good as Quake 4 with OpenAL Soft, but on par with how that game sounded with DSOAL. There are some really nice positional effects all throughout the early levels.
