The Gadget Twins was released in 1992 - it was a Sega Genesis exclusive. It was developed by Imagitec Design (The Humans, Wheel of Fortune) and published by GameTek (Zool, Brual: Paws of Fury, NFL '97 for Saturn lol).

This is a game that Trev and I had as kids, and we never got very far at all in it. I was hoping that was just me being a kid who is bad at games, but no, this game is -awful-. How can you have a 2D beat 'em up with friendly fire??? It's especially bad on a game that has such close-range weaponry (at least to start). I kind of get what they were going for with the controls, but the fact that there are no invincibility frames is just awful --- this is one you're going to want to avoid for sure.
