- 1 cup coriander seeds
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1/2 cup ghee (clarified butter)

- 1/4 cup cashews, chopped
- 1/4 cup raisins
- 1 teaspoon cardamom powder
- 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg powder
- 1 tablespoon poppy seeds
Instructions:
1. Heat a pan over medium heat and dry roast the coriander seeds until they turn aromatic and slightly brown. Allow them to cool.
2. Grind the roasted coriander seeds into a fine powder using a blender or grinder.
3. In the same pan, heat the ghee and add the chopped almonds and cashews. Sauté them until they turn golden brown.
4. Add the raisins and continue to sauté for another minute until they plump up.
5. Reduce the heat to low and add the ground coriander powder, powdered sugar, cardamom powder, nutmeg powder, and poppy seeds to the pan. Mix well until all the ingredients are combined.
6. Cook the mixture on low heat, stirring continuously, for about 5-7 minutes until the sugar melts and the mixture comes together.
7. Remove the pan from heat and let the mixture cool completely.
8. Once cooled, store the Coriander Panjiri-Panchamrit in an airtight container.
