- 2 onions, finely chopped
- 2 tomatoes, pureed
- 1 teaspoon mustard seeds
- 1 teaspoon cumin seeds
- Curry leaves for garnish
- Fresh coriander leaves for garnish

1. Marinate the chicken pieces with ginger-garlic paste, turmeric powder, red chili powder, coriander powder, garam masala, and salt. Let it marinate for at least 30 minutes.
2. Heat oil in a pan and add mustard seeds. Once they start spluttering, add cumin seeds and curry leaves.
3. Add finely chopped onions and sauté until they turn golden brown.
