Ingredients:
- 500 grams chicken, cut into pieces
- 2 Gondhoraj lemons
- 2 tablespoons mustard oil
- 1 teaspoon turmeric powder
- 1 teaspoon red chili powder
- Salt to taste
- 1 teaspoon cumin powder
- 1 teaspoon coriander powder
- 1 teaspoon garam masala powder
- Fresh coriander leaves for garnish
Instructions:
1. Marinate the chicken pieces with the juice of one Gondhoraj lemon, turmeric powder, red chili powder, and salt. Let it sit for at least 30 minutes to absorb the flavors.
