Create ELDEN RING in Unity ► EP. 25 WEAPON ITEM BASED ACTIONS (Pt. 3)
In this video we make our attacks drain stamina, and open up their weapons damage colliders allowing them to damage any target they contact whilst open. We also create modifiers, so that depending on the attack type (Light, heavy, running, ect) the amount of stamina drained, as well as the damage inflicted on contact will be modified. We open the damage colliders and set the time the stamina drains on the attack animation using animation events. Lastly, we sync the damage effect across the network.
