Another test in FEoD 17 confirms this, meaning you have a way to bypass restrictions like this in the event that the entire floor or chains of bosses have a similar mechanic.
While her S2 has limited use (6+3 free skills from LD or more with OK), this is still a discovery that is worth noting in clutch situations like Divine Pandemonium when it only periodically does it and you can quickly dispel it. So you can plan around a phase just in case the intended path is not immediately available. Or if indeed it is like FEoD 17 where all bosses do it, it is still possible to use her with specific set ups.
