This is Doom II: Hell on Earth with OpenAL Soft HRTF in RBDoom3BFG Classic and Per Kristian's Hi-Def soundpack. This source port actually adds in native support for Final Doom and the Master Levels, which is a nice gesture. It only begs the question, though: why would you ever want to play this port when you could be playing Chocolate Doom, PR-Boom Plus, GZDoom, Zandorum etc.
MAP14 "The Inmost Dens" is another one of Doom 2's few redeemable maps. Like "The Living End", it's been inspiring fan-made levels ever since Tom Mustaine's first Master Level submission got rejected by American McGee himself in 1995. The texturing is admittedly a bit too monotonous and brown (hey, it is Doom II after all), but the level progression is really unique and original among id's official levels. It also has a few details like the gate near the end that really push the Vanilla engine to its limits. According to the wiki, MAP14 is so complex that it crashes saved games in certain versions!
