Doom 2016 with virtual surround sound 🎧 (CMSS-3D Headphone)

Well, I said I owed you guys footage of Doom 2016 with CMSS-3D virtual surround didn't I? Here's the deal: OBS Studio will NOT record Vulkan in fullscreen, but it will in Windowed Mode. Weird, but I'll accept it. I still couldn't manage 60FPS, unfortunately. In fact, I think it dips below 30FPS in the final fight! There's also frequent audio skips when the action gets too intense (i.e. Berserk powerup) which is entirely the fault of my potato CPU. If you hit the Dislike button on this video, I'll forgive you.
In any case, Doom 2016 is a really disappointing look into the typical modern game's audio. This game is NOT optimized for headphones at all. Move the crosshair more than a few inches from an enemy and their sounds will only play in one ear. It's very noticable with the Unwilling since they're like 5 times louder than every other enemy. Because Doom 2016 uses Wwise (a closed-source proprietary API) there's no way to hack HRTF in like with OpenAL, DirectSound3D, or XAudio2 + X3DAudio games. Your only option for decent audio without a surround setup is to use virtual surround like CMSS-3D on the X-Fi Titanium.
Unfortunately, CMSS-3D sucks in this game. It helps make the stereo wider for less ear fatigue, but it makes the sound quality tinny as usual. Worse, there is almost no difference between the front and rear audio except for a bug which causes rear sounds to sometimes have heavy reverb for no reason. It's noticeable around 3:10. Oh well...still better than Quake Champion's HRTF.
