This video comprises 11 outtakes (mostly in clip form) and one successful demo for the challenge of scoring all monsters, items and secrets from a pistol start, a.k.a. No Damage Completion, on 'Salas de Debajo', Map 02 of 'Doom 2 In Spain Only'. There is commentary throughout the video, mostly recorded live as I played.

Doom 2 In Spain Only is a Cacoward-winning 32-map vanilla-compatible megawad released in 2021 by AD-79, Alfonzo, Breezeep, Esselfortium, Jimmy & Tarnsman and can be downloaded for free from:

Mapmaker Tarnsman certainly enjoys hitscanner traps, and I loved this challenge, once I had found a reasonably consistent method at the frightening Green Armour Trap, which took chunks out of Decino in his Blind run of this level - watch that video here:

Fortunately 2 rockets turn out to be enough!
Running for the shotgun at the beginning is hair-raising, but not as dangerous as I first thought. Opening the first door and hiding before going for the weapon is a good tactic when it works (preventing sergeants and zombies from seeing me sooner than necessary), however when I failed to hide well enough I would stay in the starting room and tough it out from there. This rarely worked --- see the Outro for example outtakes.
