This video comprises 7 demos, including 6 outtakes and one successful demo, in clip form or longer format, for the challenge of scoring all monsters (no secrets in this map) and all items from a pistol start on Going Down's Map 07 'Bad Reception' with no damage taken, whatsoever; a.k.a. 'No Damage Completion'. There is commentary throughout the video, mostly recorded live as I played.

This No Damage challenge introduces a new tactic, because the Spider Mastermind, the only hitscanner in the level, is so hard to combat safely. The fairly tedious but straightforward early stages make the stress of the big fights later on so much worse. Fortunately, the big Momma doesn't always shoot accurately, so the unsuspecting Hell Knights can be hit. However, the mess that is left behind when the boss dies can be extremely dangerous.
Shooting the smaller spiders efficiently in the early part helps to save rockets for later, which can really help prevent having to grab more ammo under pressure from Hell Knights or revenants during the difficult fights.

I love that mapmaker Cyriak shows us familiar scenery from Map 01 through the windows of the eponymous reception. It's unusual for a megawad to tie together so beautifully. I've used cameras in this video in an attempt to
a) make the safe tactics look more interesting and
b) show off Cyriak's lovely map geometry.
