This video comprises one successful run and clips of six outtakes for the challenge of scoring all monsters, items and secrets from a pistol start on Going Down's Map 28 'Necropolis' without taking any damage, a.k.a. 'No Damage Completion'. There is commentary throughout the video, mostly recorded live as I played the game.
Going Down is a popular Boom-compatible megawad completed by Cyriak 'mouldy' Harris in 2014 and can be downloaded for free from:

Please do let me know in the comments if a map with a larger monster count has even been beaten (non-TAS) Reality-style. I know monster count is no measure of difficulty, it's just a really cool statistic IMO.
When I first investigated this level for No Damage tactics, I soon felt very pessimistic but when I discovered the ideal hiding place and realised it has enough rockets and cells to kill a lot of enemies myself, while being able to (fairly) safely provoke infighting, I knew I would have to take on this challenge. Even with the problems I had finishing off the last few dozen monsters, I had a great deal of fun. With a little more luck, I could have succeeded in far fewer attempts, but then I wouldn't have researched the 'lion's head' tactic for firing rockets safely.
I did consider the alternative strategy of carefully picking off the initial group of zombies and imps and then using just one invulnerability to reach the hiding place, saving up two of the powerups for the latter stages. It takes longer to start hiding when playing this way, although the first batch of monsters are not too dangerous. However, for reasons I don't fully understand, my hiding place seemed to get invaded by mid-tier enemies more often with this strategy.
Thanks to Coincident for the Going Down logo in the thumbnail. Thanks too to Cyriak for this marvellous map with its 3 invulnerabilities and stompy friends Mark, Brian, George, Alfie, Carl, Eddie, Frank, and even you, Sam. Have you guys figured out how I named the four platform-based cyberdemons?
