In this episode, I show how I created a drag 'n drop level editor for the game engine. I also go over an important concept that will help future proof the game engine, which is a global ID system. This system will ensure that we are able to retain references to different game objects and components, and we can still safely serialize/deserialize levels without getting phantom objects, and losing references.
