In this video about Elite Dangerous I am going to wrap my head around on how to get an Engineer called Marco Qwent. There is a lot in to doing this... So I thought it would be nice to do a video about this one.

The basic needs for getting Marco Qwent are:
Get in touch with Elvira Martuuk (jump 300ly)
Have Elvira be more than grade 3 (you can do that by engineer at her workshop)
Get the sirius permit (by doing missions for the Syrius Corperation)
Once you got the permit go to Sirius
Do one mission from Sirius Corperation there to unlock the engineer Marco Qwent
Get yourself 25 modular terminals (you can get those from doing missions ONLY!)
And deliver the 25 items to Marco Qwent.
