Based on the 80s animated series by Hasbro.
James Rolfe (The AVGN) recently did a retrospective on the program and stated he didn't want to see a live action film version of the show. I made one anyway but I hope it's fun.

The music is from the Dark Souls 2 trailer composed by Mikolai Stroinsky.

Inhumanoids was typical and yet unique for it's time: a production designed around a toy line with animation from Japan, but notable for being one of the first children's cartoons to have a running continuous narrative instead of exclusively episodic content, episodes often ending on cliff hangers and having multiple parts. Another aspect of the show which was notorious was it's rougher edges incorporating dismemberment, death by acid, and undead creatures with exposed bones and rotting flesh. There was also a lot of hidden references only adults would pick up (such as political jokes and celebrity look-alikes with similar names).
The plot of the show as stated carried through for an entire season. After an amber encased behemoth is discovered and transported back for display, a gigantic plant monster called Tedril attacks the museum to release the creature trapped inside it: an undead colossus called D'Compose. The Earth Corps, a society of scientists, equip themselves to locate both beasts and along the way discover any number of strange beings inhabit the world unknown to mankind. Those above the ground like the Redwood tree beings and the Granites are friendly, but below ground the Inhumanoids and their fiery master Metlar have begun to put their plans into action to conquer the surface world as they did in times long past.
