This is the game's longest chapter and it's remarkable for being the first map where I have both dancers at my disposal from the get-go. In a normal game, a dancer tends to just give one of your units 5 move on the first turn (or more if they've got Boots), after which your unit departs and the dancer gets rescuedropped for the following turns to help other allies catch up and not fall behind the avantgarde of your attack. But with two dancers, they can just dance each other to get to any place that an enemy isn't blocking on just about any turn. So when you have one 8-move unit, they can be expected to move 16 squares per turn instead of the usual 8 on paper (assuming there are no obstacles of any sort), and that essentially halves the turn count of many chapters we try to clear.

As you can see from my turn count for this chapter, the difference is enormous even if I don't exactly always move full speed ahead due to how weak Karel still is - I do move stupidly fast during the first five or so turns, but Karel is nowhere in sight and can't seize until turn 8 when the boss has been downed and a very long rescuechain coupled by 3 or so dances lets him seize.

Yuno, my only 8-move unit right now, is really not a solid fighter at all. She may 2HKO some enemies with her Silver Sword, doubling, but she'll break the invaluable too quickly this way. Usually I have her go for a Killing Edge crit the very few times she absolutely needs to remove an enemy. She's arguably weaker than vanilla Marcus or Zealot because these two have more durability, con to maintain decent AS and can actually face archers (the steel bow ones often OHKO Yuno, and she struggles to maintain high enough HP to face the iron bow ones too, and those are a bit more accurate).

Overall, it's quite a novelty to see what a double-dancer strategy works out. When I come across a very menacing obstacle on the way - a large group of enemies who will halt Karel's group from progressing and firmly block their way, I settle for a unit who already stood out in the previous chapter as a superb combat unit. That's Hugh, whose growths kicking in complemented his already high bases and turned him into a unit capable of just barely doubling all units while targeting their lowest defensive stats (or low HP in the case of magically resistant mages). He's been proccing the important stats and he's really reliable - his accurate damage stands him out from Yuno who is not really good for 1-2 range combat and Zeiss who still hasn't caught up (but once he does, flight, extra move and canto are surely to make him more important than Hugh could ever hope to be as a foot unit).

Karel gets two level-ups on this map; strength procs characterise both, but any level-up Karel gets is really good (+2HP/+1 everyone else guaranteed at the very least) and makes a difference immediately (Karel starts still OHKO'd by some enemies in this map; after the two level-ups... he's 2HKO'd :( )

Growing Dayan all that strength also seems to have paid off as he was able to ORKO an enemy soldier at 3-range, letting Yuno move farther than she would be able to otherwise. However, besides Hugh, not many actually get to fight a sufficient amount in this map.

Killing the boss required me to drag Hugh all the way to the throne. The throne gives big res bonuses, but Hugh could both double the boss and avoid having to target his enormous defence instead. He also helped clear Yuno's way to the Guiding Ring and Elysian Whip chests, the latter being especially important considering how many promising fliers we are running on this PT.

My other characters manage to break into the treasure room on the last turn, opening a lot of goodies. Percival immediately takes the Knight Crest to turn into a Marcus/Zealot-like quasi-prepromote, having just gained his second (and rather average) level-up. We'll need him for the 8 move but he won't impress by any means.
