You should also purchase 1 Mythril Gloves if you did not steal them on Disc 1...I fortunately did so I did not have to buy them.

Normally I would not save before fighting Black Waltz 3, but there are 2 reasons why you should....
One, if you can fly through all of the menus and set up your characters with perfect precision, the 3 or 4 seconds saved will not matter too much when you reach the end of this circuit.
Two, you can attempt the boss battle over and over until you get the ATB gauges to work in your favor, especially if you need to steal the Lightning Staff (this only applies to those who did not let Freya win the FOTH) Getting in 3 attacks before retaliation will help in finishing the battle quickly!

Marcus can only survive a Blizzard spell, and Steiner and Dagger are actually your strongest attackers here. So if you need the Lightning Staff, Marcus needs to get it before he falls in battle.

Then it's off to Dali to get the other half of the materials for the next Cotton Robe trick.
For those who did not let Freya win the FOTH, you need to buy a Rod along with 99 Wrist.
