Welcome one and all to this special 12-hour, 12-part speedrun challenge that happens to be the most difficult achievement in one of my favorite JRPGs of all time: Final Fantasy IX, as well as one of the most grueling sidequests in the FF series as a whole.

Today we do a bit of shopping in Treno and meet Doctor Tot before getting back en route to Alexandria via Gargan Roo. Meanwhile we see Zidane and company climb up to the settlement of Cleyra where they're assaulted by Beatrix and the black mage army once again. Limit Glove saves time by quickly dispatching the general and then we hitch a ride on the Red Rose airship
