Welcome one and all to this special 12-hour, 12-part speedrun challenge that happens to be the most difficult achievement in one of my favorite JRPGs of all time: Final Fantasy IX, as well as one of the most grueling sidequests in the FF series as a whole.

Today we reunite with Steiner and rescue Garnet from execution. Beatrix gets in our way one last time and then we fight off a horde of Bandersnatch, after which Zidane takes Garnet and Vivi and escapes back to Lindblum. To my surprise, you're able to actually skip the whole Ramuh story in Pinnacle Rocks. Thankfully it doesn't prevent you from summoning eidolons later on
