In this episode we take the Slab we found in the Sunken Shrine to Melmond, where Dr. Unne uses it to translate Lefeinish and teach it to us so that we can communicate with the people of Lefein. Because the area surrounding Lefein is heavily forested, we land our airship far away and make the trek there over land. Once we arrive, we speak with the townspeople, who tell us tales of their great heroes, the Sky Warriors, and how they failed to defeat the Fiend of Air Tiamat, who now resides in the Floating Castle. Before we leave, we find a hidden passageway to the magic shops, where we find and purchase the final level 8 spells for Doc and Will. Then, after a few minor detours, we head to the desert where the Mirage Tower stands. Crossing the desert, we enter the tower, and find it packed with treasure, and interestingly robot sentries who are still operational. Climbing ever higher, we reach the top floor of the tower, but are surprised by a powerful Blue Dragon just inside the doorway. Skittle lands a powerful critical hit, and the Dragon quickly falls. We then speak with the robot sentry, who informs us that to use the transporter to the Floating Castle, we will need the Cube. Fortunately we already have it, and step into the transporter, which whisks us skyward to the Floating Castle. Upon arrival we quickly realize that we are, in fact, on a space station in outer space. We know that the abandoned space station is the home of the Fiend of Air, Tiamat, and that we must defeat him to relight our final orb.
