Lowest-levelled unit that isn't Olivia: Gaius 15.81, or if you count her Lucina 14.10
Highest-levelled unit out that isn't Chrom: Robin 17.79

I really dreaded having to do this chapter next. It's a bosskill map inside a volcano, where movement is constantly restricted by the ground crumbling under the lava, the affected area increasing every turn and hazardous terrain dealing 10 damage to our units and the enemy alike, never KOing the characters however.

In the end, it turned out to be a lot more bearable mobility issues aside, with Chrom helping to feed kills to other units and only levelling up twice himself. Having second sealed into Great Knight mid-map to keep gaining stats and acquire new skills, Chrom is now a little bit less evasive than he was in his base class, and his E axe rank doesn't really let him use his third weapon type effectively for a while. As I've never made a cavalier, for better or worse, it'll take time to accumulate axe rank to get out of bronze.

Sumia and Cherche were the two fliers I had available for this map. Cordelia had overleveled prior to this map, and I never did decide to reclass Panne, as her anti-cav attacks will find occasional application, and she is both a decent unit capable of taking a round of combat and an excellent support partner, as few other units grant noticeable strength and speed gains on pair-up. Being able to ignore hazardous terrain is nice, and they can fly from the different peninsulas when an enemy is not blocking the way, but they don't really pull off anything impressive. Sumia and Sully claiming Beastkiller access helps with both the griffons (arrow and wind weak, but not wyrmslayer), likely the most concerning enemy type on the map thanks to their movement type, and the paladins.

The Griffon threat makes Virion the second best unit in the army for the map, as he comes close to OHKOing foes with a silver bow without much strength from pair-up (being more choosy with partners could get him even closer there), and will one-round with crits and/or dual strike procs. It's both easy and desirable to get him to promotion level during the map, which is when I opt for a bow knight promotion for the extra mobility that grants. After promoting, Virion can double quite a lot of foes to weaken them for others to nab the kill exp, including the sages, who are nowhere as awful as valkyries in the preceding map. The other character that promotes midmap is Sully. I sacrifice some of her speed to basically turn her into the same unit Kellam is going to become, just with actual sword rank and better weapon rank growth for stuff like axes.

I also make the controversial decision to abstain from promoting Lissa. This way, when everyone but her is promoted, I always have a healer with A staves (something Ricken and Miriel don't immediately get, let alone potential future staffers like Sumia and Gaius) ready to help with utility as they're the only unpromoted unit still remaining in the army. She will not grow any more stats, but a staff utility scarcely needs to.

Gaius was ignored previously to help with opening the chests here, but actually getting there before the lava requires bumrushing a lot of foes with Chrom, and I kinda wanted to train all of those other units I have to the point where they're actually usable in the upcoming maps. We don't lose out on much - the Bullion is the Mid one, Rescue and Second Seal can always be bought, and I don't know who I would want to use the Energy Ring on, as Chrom doesn't need it and the other options are not permanently fielded.

The first time a booster is used in this run happens to be at the very beginning of the map. Chrom increases his movement by 2, which gives him 9 move as a GK and more with the right support partner (not sure if we'll ever have a griffon at lv. 5+ on this run; Cherche needs to snowball if so). On the poll I posted, Olivia was the most popular choice, and for good reason - while Chrom can ORKO enemies and not die with literal 0 mov, Olivia can accomplish so much more by getting to places she normally couldn't. However, Olivia is not always going to be fielded, even if she has been fielded in every map so far due to her extremely low starting level and little offensive capacity, and giving her more movement means she will be losing fewer turns and thus getting benched on more endgame maps. Chrom is always there and being able to traverse half the map in a single turn can help the party in a number of ways. When Olivia does need enhanced mobility, a pair-up with a flier or a mount or a Rescue use could always come in handy.

Oh, and when it comes to those Counter Warriors, one of which killed Chrom in retaliation in the last short I uploaded... There's one more here, but this time I counterkill him with a javelin at 2-range. Chrom can still die to sage chip damage tbqh (or armourslayer!).
