I apparently messed up with my SDK that I can't build on Android.
My original Godot 4.1.2 uses Android 10 / API 29 and it works well along with Godot 3.5.1, but Gradle messed it up for me because it asked me to install Android 13 / API 33. This made Gradle work but not when using debug/release template.
This did made me realize how Android Tools and how SDKs work.
Now to deal with resolution.
